Hard Rock Calling an annual music festival held in Hyde Park, London, which first took place on Saturday July 1 and Sunday July 2, 2006.
Various performers have played Hard Rock Calling including headliners Roger Waters, The Who, Peter Gabriel, Crowded House, Aerosmith, Eric Clapton, The Police, The Killers, Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartney. The Hard Rock Calling Festival is organised by Hard Rock Cafe and Live Nation.
Hard Rock Calling is coming back for 2011 at Hyde Park and will run from 24-26 June 2011. For the third time in a row, Hard Rock Calling Festival will be a three day event. Hard Rock Calling, now in its sixth consecutive year, will return to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Hard Rock as it remains one of the UK’s premier outdoor music events. Bon Jovi are the only confirmed act as headliners for the Main Stage on Saturday, 25 June 2011.
