The Killers to perform opening first night at the Hard Rock Calling Festival 2011.The band perform on Friday 24th June, after two years they perform at Hyde Park.
The Somebody Told Me rockers’ performance is highly anticipated following the band’s year long hiatus as front man Brandon Flowers, 29, went solo.

Killers drummer Ronnie Vannucci said: “It’s been too long, friends… Feels like forever since we’ve seen each other and now it’s time we pay a visit.”
The band are working on bringing their firebrand performance back to the main stage, as he adds “Have to get the machine oiled and ready to make this kinda thing happen more often. Feeling creative, let’s do this.”
